I'm currently a full-time student and work full-time on top of that, so my schedule is constantly changing. Elliott has been great about me having to change my fitness programs to be able to balance everything. He's also great in sessions. Knows his stuff and makes things fun!

Elliott is such a great person to work with. He takes in consideration your schedule, your capability, and needs. He tailors everything to you. Very knowledgeable and explains anything you have questions or concerns about. He always responds and checks in frequently. All around good guy. His enthusiasm is infectious. I’ve been working with Elliott for a month now, and he’s made the entire journey not only effective but genuinely enjoyable—aside from a few killer workouts (worth it for the results, haha!).
